菊切花儲存品質之探討

摘　　要

　　菊 花 在 現 行 包 裝 與 儲 運 方 式 下 ， 菊 花 外 觀 品 質 以 及 瓶 插 品 質 之 各 項 指 標 均 隨 儲 存 時 間 之 延 長 呈 下 降 趨 勢 ， 各 處 理 間 均 呈 現 極 顯 著 之 差 異 。 裝 箱 位 置 對 破 損 葉 片 數 量 有 極 顯 著 之 影 響 ， 對 花 朵 開 度 亦 有 顯 著 之 影 響 ， 證 實 紙 箱 太 小 ， 菊 花 受 到 外 力 過 份 擠 壓 而 損 壞 。 另 外 再 針 對 菊 花 花 苞 品 質 ， 以 花 朵 壽 命 、 花 朵 開 度 與 花 朵 展 開 後 之 短 軸 與 長 軸 比 等 三 項 品 質 指 標 檢 驗 ， 結 果 顯 示 菊 花 在 冷 藏 儲 存 12 天 ， 其 花 苞 之 可 容 許 最 大 變 形 量 為 5mm 。

Studies on Chrysanthemum Cut Flower Storage Quality

Summary

　　To improve the quality of chrysanthemum cut flowers, this research is to explore the quality change of chrysanthemum cut flowers under various amount of compression deformation and period of transportation. The results showed that the longer chrysanthemum cut flowers were in the post-harvest process, the more broken leaves they had; the shorter their flowers and leaves lasted, and smaller its blossoms were. It was also found that the the lower layer on which the flowers were packed, the more broken leaves they had and the shorter the time the blossomes lasted.
