埔里鎮主要設施花卉之生產成本及收益分析

摘　　要

　　利 用 設 施 栽 培 高 級 新 興 切 花 ， 如 香 石 竹 、 滿 天 星 、 非 洲 菊 等 ， 在 埔 里 鎮 經 濟 栽 培 成 功 。 設 施 棚 架 期 初 投 資 較 高 ， 每 公 頃 1,126,470 元 ～2,078,571 元 ， 使 用 年 限 分 別 以 十 年 及 七 年 估 算 ， 分 析 其 生 產 成 本 與 收 益 ， 下 文 並 以 括 弧 內 數 字 表 示 以 七 年 估 算 之 情 況 。 香 石 竹 每 年 應 攤 設 施 費 171,676 元 (或 220,067 元) ， 每 公 頃 年 粗 收 益 平 均 為 4,591,592 元 ， 生 產 成 本 3,428,083 元 (或 3,476,474 元) ， 淨 益 1,163,509 元 (或 1,115,118 元) ， 淨 益 成 本 比 0.34 (或 0.32) 。 滿 天 星 每 年 應 攤 設 施 費 154,496 元 (或 198,046 元) ， 粗 收 益 平 均 2,355,168 元 ， 生 產 成 本 1,379,512 元 (或 1,423,062 元) ， 淨 益 975,656 元 (或 932,106 元) ， 淨 益 成 本 比 0.70 (或 0.66) 。 非 洲 菊 每 年 應 攤 設 施 費 316,774 元 (或 406,069 元) ， 每 公 頃 年 粗 收 益 平 均 5,147,120 元 ， 生 產 成 本 2,903,304 元 或 (2,992,599 元) ， 淨 益 2,243,816 元 (或 2,154,521 元) ， 淨 益 成 本 比 0.77 (或 0.72) 。 由 本 調 查 研 究 顯 示 ， 埔 里 鎮 設 施 花 卉 栽 培 ， 產 品 品 質 佳 ， 農 民 收 益 高 ， 屬 經 濟 有 利 之 投 資 ， 頗 具 發 展 潛 力 ， 依 適 地 適 作 之 農 地 利 用 原 則 ， 宜 事 先 規 劃 ， 並 以 公 共 投 資 來 引 導 栽 業 區 之 設 置 ， 以 達 區 域 分 工 。

Analyses of Cost and Benefit of Facilitated Flowers Production on Puli Area

Summary

　　The use of plastic house to produce flower is welcomed and practiced by flower growers. This kind of flower production is very successful in Po-Li area. An economic study on this facilitated flower production was conducted on Po-Li area in 1986.

　　The investment on the frame facility was NT$ 1,126,470～2,078,571 per hectare. This investment was estimated with a last period of 10 and 7 years (data withis parenthesis) to analyze the production cost and benefit. The cost for frame facility shared by each year was NT$ 171,676 (or 220,067) per hectare for carnation. The gross revenue, production cost and net revenue were NT$ 459,159, 3,428,083 (or 3,476,474) and 1,163,509 (or 1,115,118) per hectare, respectively. The benefit-cost ratio were 0.70 (or 0.66). For Transval Daisy production, the facility investment, gross revenue, production cost and net revenue were NT$ 316,774 (or 406,069), 5,147,120, 2,903,304 (or 2,992,599) and 2,243,816 (or 2,154,521) per hectare. The benefit-cost ratio were 0.77 (or 0.72). It was found that the flower production with facilitate culture was very successful and highly potential.
