日本梨高接於橫山梨上之適應性

摘　　要

　　高 接 成 活 率 及 果 實 品 質 直 接 影 響 果 農 的 收 益 。

　　本 試 驗 證 實 幸 水 梨 為 目 前 最 適 合 橫 山 梨 之 高 接 品 種 ， 其 成 活 率 達 85.0% ， 著 果 率 達 79.8% ， 銹 果 率 僅 有 6.66% ， 果 實 平 均 重 237.0 公 克 、 糖 度 達 12.0°Brix ， 而 且 ， 石 細 胞 少 ， 果 肉 細 緻 多 汁 ， 具 特 殊 香 氣 ， 套 袋 栽 培 時 ， 果 皮 呈 金 黃 色 ， 極 具 商 品 價 值 。

Response of Top-grafting of Some Japanese Pear on Heng-shan Pear in Taiwan

Summary

　　Top-grafting on Pyrus serotina Rehd. var. Kousui, on P. serotina Rehd. var. Heng-shan, gave better results than all other varieties of Pyrus serotina Rehd.. Some excellent characteristics from the top-grafting of var. Kousui on var. Heng-shan, was revealed in some good quantitativa and qualitative harvests and therefore allowed higher profit for the pear growers.

　　The grafting of var. Kousui scions on var. Heng-shan, showed 85% survival rate, 80% fruit setting, and only 7% of rust damage on fruit. The pears were juicy, and had less stone cells with special fragrance, and a sugar content of 12 Brix. The average fruit weight is about 237 g per fruit, when protected by a paper bag while the growing, fruit skin color is golden yellow.
