食用紅甘蔗品質劣變原因之探討Ⅲ、紅甘蔗嵌紋病之無毒化

摘　　要

　　以 溫 湯 浸 種 方 式 ， 下 列 任 一 處 理 皆 無 法 使 紅 甘 蔗 嵌 紋 病 毒 不 活 化 ， 且 影 響 芽 體 之 存 活 率 ， 其 處 理 分 別 如 下 ： 連 續 四 天 內 ， 每 天 各 以 (1) 55, 56, 57, 57℃ (2) 55, 57, 57, 57℃ (3) 50, 52, 54, 56℃ 處 理 七 分 鐘 ， 或 (4) 每 天 皆 以 54℃ 處 理 十 分 鐘 ， 及 (5) 連 續 兩 天 內 每 天 各 以 55 及 56℃ 處 理 10.5 分 鐘 。

　　取 紅 甘 蔗 嵌 紋 病 病 株 頂 端 生 長 點 (1～2 mm) ， 培 養 於 加 活 性 碳 (300 mg/l) 之 改 良 式 Murashige 及 Skoog 兩 氏 培 養 基 中 ， 經 3～5 個 月 後 ， 可 分 化 形 成 5～7 公 分 小 苗 ， 且 為 無 嵌 紋 病 毒 之 植 株 。

Summary

　　The results of the hot-water treatments showed that edible sugarcane mosaic virus was not inactivated by 7-min. treatments at daily intervals at temperatures of 55, 56, 57 and 57℃, respectively, or 55, 57, 57 and 57℃, respectively, or 50, 52, 54 and 56℃, respectively for four days. Neither did by 10-min. treatments at daily intervals at temperature of 54℃ for four days, nor by 10.5-min. treatments of 55℃ and 56℃ for two days.

　　However, the mosaic virus-free edible sugarcane seedling was obtained by apical meristem culture in which an excised apical dome (1-2 mm) was cultured on modified Murashige and Skoog medium supple-mented with active carobon (300 mg/l).
