胡蘿蔔生長特性之研究

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 使 用 三 型 胡 蘿 蔔 品 種 ， 於 生 育 期 間 調 查 六 個 性 狀 ， 以 估 算 胡 蘿 蔔 各 性 狀 之 生 長 經 過 ， 生 長 效 率 及 相 對 生 長 ， 結 果 如 下 ：

1. 葉 數 與 葉 長 之 生 長 經 過 ， 變 化 穩 定 ， 葉 重 與 根 重 之 生 長 經 過 相 同 ， 初 期 幾 無 生 長 ， 由 播 種 後 第 8 週 起 急 速 增 加 ， 根 長 之 經 時 變 化 ， 略 呈 S 型 曲 線 ， 根 徑 之 生 長 由 播 種 後 第 6 週 起 急 增 加 。

2. 根 部 之 生 長 效 率 ， 小 型 品 種 在 播 種 後 第 10～12 週 ， 有 最 大 生 長 效 率 ， 中 型 及 大 型 品 種 則 為 第 12～14 週 之 生 育 期 間 。

3. 地 上 部 性 狀 與 地 下 部 性 狀 之 相 對 生 長 分 析 結 果 ： 根 重 比 葉 數 與 葉 長 有 較 迅 速 之 生 長 步 調 ， 葉 重 比 根 長 與 根 徑 亦 有 較 迅 速 之 生 長 步 調 ， 但 對 根 重 則 相 反 。

Studies on the Growth Characters of Carrot ( Daucus carota)

Summary

　　Six characters in three types of carrot varieties are investigated for studying their growth behavior. Results are summarized as follows:

1.Growth curve of leaf number, leaf length and root length were rather stable. The leaf weight and root weight were increasing rapidly from the 8th weeks, and the root size was increasing rapidly from the 6th weeks after sowing.

2.The small type variety of carrot showed high growth efficiency of root at 10th to 12th weeks, and the middle and large type varieties of carrot showed at 12th to 14th weeks after sowing.

3.The results of allometry analysis showed that root weight had greater growth rate than leaf number and leaf length. Leaf weight had greater growth rate than root length and root size, but had slower growth rate than root weight.
