食用紅甘蔗品質劣變原因之探討
Ⅱ、紅甘蔗嵌紋病輕微型與嚴重型比較

摘　　要

　　為 探 討 本 省 紅 甘 蔗 品 質 劣 變 之 原 因 是 否 由 嵌 紋 病 所 引 起 ， 於 民 國 68 年 間 由 南 投 、 雲 林 、 嘉 義 、 台 南 等 四 縣 ， 不 同 地 方 採 取 蔗 種 ， 種 於 埔 里 試 驗 田 ， 區 分 輕 微 型 及 嚴 重 型 後 ， 比 較 其 第 6 節 節 間 長 及 莖 周 長 ， 第 5, 6, 7 節 三 節 節 間 長 ， 及 每 10 株 甘 蔗 之 產 量 ， 結 果 二 型 之 間 無 顯 著 差 異 ， 但 地 點 之 間 有 差 異 。 調 查 平 均 蔗 糖 含 量 ， 輕 微 型 為 15.72 公 克 ， 嚴 重 型 為 14.79 公 克 ， 二 型 之 間 呈 1% 顯 著 差 異 ， 顯 示 輕 微 型 每 100 C.C 溶 液 中 所 含 蔗 糖 量 較 高 ， 且 地 點 之 間 亦 有 差 異 。

Studies on the Factors of Quality Degrading of Edible Sugarcane II. Comparison between Mild Mosaic and Severe Mosaic of Edible Sugarcane

Summary

　　This field experiment was conducted at Puli to compare the influence of mild mosaic and severe mosaic of edible sugarcanes, collected from 4 hsiens of Nan-Tou, Yun-Lin, Chia-I and Tai Nan, on the stalk growth and sucrose content.

　　The result showed no significantly difference between two types of mosaic regarding the mean length and circle length of sixth internode, the mean total length of fifth, sixth and seventh internodes and the mean weight of ten stalks. However, there was difference among locations.

　　The mean content of sucrose showed that there was significant difference at 1% level between two types of mosaic or among locations.
