黃色粘板對銀葉粉蝨成蟲之誘引力

摘　　要

　　於 胡 瓜 田 測 試 不 同 顏 色 粘 板 對 銀 葉 粉 蝨 成 蟲 誘 引 力 之 結 果，黃 色 粘 板 誘 得 之 成 蟲 數，顯 著 高 於 藍、綠 二 者。粘 板 採 捲 筒 式、水 平 朝 上 及 水 平 向 下 等 三 種 應 用 方 法，對 銀 葉 粉 蝨 之 誘 引 力 相 同。黃 色 粘 板 懸 掛 高 度，與 誘 得 之 粉 蝨 成 蟲 數 呈 負 相 關，於 離 地 30cm、100cm及 170cm三 種 高 度，3 日 後 所 誘 得 粉 蝨 成 蟲 總 數 分 別 為 54.0、24.4及 9.3隻/張。黃 色 粘 板 距 離 粉 蝨 蟲 源 愈 遠，對 粉 蝨 成 蟲 之 誘 引 效 果 愈 弱，試 驗 結 果 以 距 離 1m之 誘 引 隻 數 最 多；推 估 黃 色 粘 板 對 銀 葉 粉 蝨 之 有 效 誘 引 距 離 為 20~30m。於 胡 瓜 田 每 隔 1~6m懸 掛 黃 色 粘 板，3日 後 其 誘 引 之 成 蟲 總 數 為 92.8隻/張~107.8隻/張，不 同 處 理 間 差 異 不 顯 著。田 間 誘 集 銀 葉 粉 蝨 雌 性 成 蟲 之 比 率 (雌/雌+雄)為 0.81，不 同 顏 色 及 高 度 的 粘 板，對 成 蟲 之 誘 引 力 並 無 性 別 之 差 異。應 用 黃 色 粘 板 於 胡 瓜 田 誘 引 銀 葉 粉 蝨，建 議 每 畦 每 隔 1m 懸 掛 一 片，粘 板 高 度 以 接 近 地 面 為 宜，可 獲 最 佳 誘 引 效 果。

Attractiveness of Yellow Sticky Traps for the Silverleaf Whitefly Bemisia argentifolii (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) on Cucumber

Summary

　　Three color sticky traps (yellow, blue, and green) were used to evaluate the attractiveness for B. argentifolii adults in a cucumber field. The yellow sticky traps caught more adults than others, and the adults caught by three shape sticky traps (cylindrical, upward horizontal, and downward horizontal) are not significantly different. The yellow sticky traps caught more adults when placed 30cm above ground than when placed 100cm and 170cm, the number of adults were 54.0/trap, 24.4/trap and 9.3/trap, respectively. The yellow sticky traps with the highest attractiveness were placed 1m than placed 2m, 4m, 8m, 16m, and 32m from B. argentifolii source. We suggested that the yellow sticky traps did not show attractant effect on B. argentifolii from 20~30m away. The yellow sticky traps used cylindrical suspend on each cucumber planting row at 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m or 8m intervals, the number of adults trapped in each treatment are not significantly different (92.8/trap~107.8/trap). The sex ratio (female/male+female) of B. argentifolii female in cucumber field were 0.81. Attractiveness of sticky traps when different color or height above ground were not different between males and females.
