GA₃不同噴施時期對多花型菊花之影響

摘　　要

　　菊 花 栽 培 品 種 「哈 雷」 及 「青 心 黃」 於 1996年 10月 29日 定 植 ， 11月 15日 摘 心 ， 種 植 後 於 夜 間 10時 至 凌 晨 1時 30分 以 電 照 中 斷 暗 期 ， 維 持 營 養 生 長 ， 11月 29日 停 止 電 照 ， 並 於 停 止 電 照 後 1、2、3、4、5、6週 分 別 於 葉 面 噴 施 20ppm GA₃， 比 較 不 同 噴 施 時 期 與 未 噴 施 GA₃對 照 組 間 之 差 異 。 結 果 顯 示 噴 施 GA₃可 以 增 加 莖 長 及 花 梗 長 ， 但 反 應 之 部 位 及 噴 施 之 適 當 時 機 因 品 種 而 異 。「哈 雷」 品 種 於 停 止 電 照 後 第 3或 第 4週 處 理 ， 可 增 長 莖 長 3~5cm。 而 「青 心 黃」 品 種 則 以 停 止 電 照 後 第 1至 第 4週 間 處 理 可 增 加 莖 長 4~5cm。 對 於 花 梗 長 度 ，「哈 雷」 品 種 以 停 止 電 照 後 第 4至 第 6週 間 噴 施 ， 最 多 可 增 長 40%。 而 「青 心 黃」 品 種 以 停 止 電 照 後 第 4週 噴 施 ， 花 梗 增 長 10~15%， 其 餘 各 處 理 組 與 對 照 間 差 異 不 顯 著 。 噴 施 GA₃ 20ppm， 對 二 品 種 之 葉 面 積 大 小 無 顯 著 差 異 ， 莖 粗 則 有 少 部 份 處 理 有 增 粗 之 情 形 ， 餘 皆 無 顯 著 差 異 。 切 花 之 節 數 各 處 理 與 對 照 組 間 沒 有 差 異 。「哈 雷」 品 種 噴 施 GA₃有 增 大 花 朵 之 效 果 ， 增 大 之 幅 度 可 達 10%以 上 ， 其 增 大 之 原 因 係 舌 瓣 花 花 瓣 長 度 之 增 長 。 花 序 形 態 因 莖 長 及 花 梗 長 之 增 長 而 改 變 ， 同 時 花 朵 變 大 ， 可 以 提 高 商 品 銷 售 之 品 質 。

Effects of Spraying Time of GA₃ on Spray Type Chrysanthemums

Summary

　　 Cut chrysanthemums, var. Ha-Lei and var. Chin-Sin-Hwang, were planted on 29, Oct., 1996. Night-breaking light was used during 10:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. to keep vegetative growth after planting, and then turned off on 29, Nov. 20 ppm GA₃ were sprayed on leaves only once from the 1st to 6th weeks after lighting-off so that the appropriate time of spray was evaluated. The results indicated that spraying GA₃ enlarged length of stem and peduncle, but the effective position was different between two treated cultivars. On variety Ha-Lei, applications of GA₃ spray in treatments of 3 or 4 weeks after lighting-off had longer stem, 3-5cm, than the controls. In treatments on Chin-Sin-Hwang, stem was lengthened 4-5 cm by spraying GA₃ during 1-4 weeks after lighting-off. Length of peduncle increased about 40% on Ha-Lei by spraying during 4-6 weeks, but for Chin-Sin-Hwang, there was only 10-15% enhancement only on 4 weeks treatment. The other treatments on Chin-Sin-Hwang had no significant difference comparing with the controls. Stem diameter of some treatments increased, but most of treatments had no significant difference comparing with the controls. Leaf areas and nodes had no significant difference among all treatments. Flower diameter of Ha-Lei enlarged 10%. The quality of flowers was enhanced by the change of inflorescence resulting from length increase of stem and peduncle, and flower size enlargement.
