枇杷赤衣病防治藥劑之篩選

摘　　要

　　經 43 種 殺 菌 劑 作 室 內 藥 效 測 定 以 期 能 阻 止 赤 衣 病 菌 (Corticium salmonicolor) 菌 絲 之 生 長 ， 初 步 篩 選 出 8 種 藥 劑 名 稱 及 稀 釋 倍 數 分 別 如 下 ： Rovral M 50% WP 750 倍 ， Benlate 50% WP 3000 倍 ， Topsin-M 70% WP 1000 倍 ， Mertect 40% EC 500 倍 ， Delan C 56% WP 500 倍 ， Cuprosan 311 super D 72.5% WP 500 倍 ， Bavistin 50% WP 1500 倍 及 Benlate-C 60% WP 500 倍 。

　　調 查 東 勢 及 新 社 兩 地 之 赤 衣 病 菌 擔 胞 子 之 密 度 ， 顯 示 自 2 月 中 旬 起 ， 兩 地 皆 有 增 加 之 趨 勢 故 宜 在 2 、 3 月 間 開 始 防 治 。 田 間 藥 劑 測 定 之 結 果 顯 示 Rovral M 50% WP 750 倍 及 Cuprosan 311 super D 72.5% WP 500 倍 等 兩 種 藥 劑 處 理 ， 對 枇 杷 赤 衣 病 有 極 佳 的 防 治 效 果 ， 尤 以 前 者 的 效 果 更 勝 一 疇 。

Screening Test of Chemical Control of Loquat Pink Disease

Summary

　　Forty-three fungicides were incorporated in PDA plates for testing the growth of Cortcium salmonicolor, the causal agent of loquat pink disease. Eight kinds of fungicides named Rovral M 50% WP 750X, Benlate 50% WP 3000X, Topsin-M 70% WP 1000X, Mertect 40% EC 500X, DelanC 56% WP 500X, Cuprosan 311 super D 72.5% WP 500X, Bavistin 50% WP 1500X and Benlate-C 60% WP 500X, were found to inhibit fungal mycelial growth and were released to control loquat pink disease in field.

　　Investigation on spore density of Corticium salmonicolor in TungShih and Hsin Sia by spore trap showed that spore density increased from middle February so it that could be suggested to start fungicidal spray on February or March for controlling Loquat pink disease. Fungicida treatments in field showed that Rovral M 50% WP 750X and Cuprosan 311 super D 72.5% WP 500X, were the the best of two fungicides for controlling loquat pink disease.
